Pre-Session Checklist
Share this checklist 3-5 days before the session.
1. Confirm Account Access
- Look for an email from Kindo with subject: “You’ve been invited by bryan+deloittetraining@kindo.ai to join Kindo”
- Click on the link to join the org.
- Use “magic link” to sign in. Enter your email like this:
{your email}+training@deloitte.com- For example, if your email is
joe@deloitte.com, enterjoe+training@deloitte.comin the magic link box.

- Look for an email from WorkOS with subject “Sign in to Kindo” in your email. Click the link.
- After this it should take you to app.kindo.ai.
- If you cannot sign in, contact your training coordinator immediately.
2. Browser and Setup
- Use the latest Chrome or Edge.
- Confirm a stable internet connection.
- Use a display setup that supports split-view (training guide on one side, Kindo on the other).
3. Prepare a Use Case (Optional)
- Think of one workflow from your daily work that you want to automate.
- You will have independent build time in Block 3, so this helps you move faster.
4. What To Expect
- A virtual ~2.5-hour session: orientation, hands-on exercises, and independent build time.
- Two workflow agents built during the session.
- No prior AI or ML background required.
